1. Who we are
Fileform (“we,” “us,” or “the store”) sells digital products (templates, spreadsheets, worksheets, and text packs) through https://fileform.shop. Our business is oriented to customers in the United States. Seller region on file: United States.
2. What we sell
- We sell digital files only (typically a ZIP). There is no physical shipping.
- Each product’s description, price (USD), and contents are shown on the storefront before payment.
- Products are original Fileform digital goods unless a product page states otherwise.
3. Eligibility
By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have verifiable parental/guardian consent where permitted by law).
4. Orders and payment
- Payment is processed by PayPal (PayPal balance and/or debit/credit card options when available to you through PayPal).
- We do not receive or store card numbers, CVV codes, or your PayPal password. PayPal handles payment data under its own policies.
- Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Your bank or PayPal may charge additional fees.
- A completed PayPal capture constitutes your order for the selected digital product.
5. Digital delivery
- After successful payment, you receive a download link (usually a ZIP archive).
- Download links may expire or be limited to reduce abuse.
- You are responsible for saving the file after download.
- Delivery is electronic only. No USPS/UPS/FedEx shipment applies.
6. License
Your use of purchased files is governed by our License. In short: personal use is allowed; reselling the files as digital products is not.
7. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Because these are digital goods, refunds after delivery are generally unavailable except for technical delivery failures or billing errors.
8. Prohibited use
- No fraud, spam, illegal activity, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Do not bypass payment or publicly share paid download links.
- Do not use our products to violate US law or PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Intellectual property
Site design, store copy, and original templates belong to Fileform unless stated otherwise. Purchase grants a license to use the file—not a transfer of copyright.
10. Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes (income, employment, fitness results, etc.). Templates are tools; results depend on how you use them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
12. Disputes
Please email support@fileform.com first so we can resolve the issue. Payment disputes may also follow PayPal’s buyer/seller resolution process. These Terms are intended for a US-facing storefront; governing law and venue will follow the seller’s applicable US jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted on this page with the update date above.
